2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The sale of hookah products is restricted to adults only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with Romanian and EU tax regulations. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)
In accordance with Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing at the contact details below before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that have been used or are not in resalable condition cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
7. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of MYHOOKAH SRL and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
MYHOOKAH SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by Romanian and EU law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts. EU consumers also retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
