1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to Romania and all EU member states. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly.

3. Delivery Times

  • Romania: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 2–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside Romania are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including Fan Courier, DPD, and other logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
